Working out on Earth is important, but in space it is critical. On the International Space Station, astronauts have to workout two hours a day. On Earth, you should get into a routine of working out at least five times a week. Here are some resources to help!

The Astronaut Workout

If you're ready for the rigors of spaceflight you'll have to have mastered body control which means that the Earth's 1G is next to nothing for you. The Astronaut is a strength and tone workout that loads the muscles in successive exercises, using the fatigue point to push them near their very limit.
